This 4-week course will teach you the basics of QuickBooks useful and flexible accounting and bookkeeping application for financial management. Exercises include: setting up the company; creating & using bank, cash and credit accounts; reviewing profit & loss accounts & transactions; reconciling; Accounts Receivable – creating invoices & bills, receiving payments & making deposits; Accounts Payable – paying bills, partial payments and credits; memorized transactions; payroll capabilities overview; understanding how to use your financial information to manage your business better; and one-on-one consulting during & after the training.
