A 10-week dynamic business management program tailored for entrepreneurs starting or in business less then 2 years. Participants will develop skills necessary to test the feasibility of their business concept, complete a thorough business plan and walk through the various stages of start-up & development. Includes extensive training manual & workbook, hands-on exercises, business experts as instructors, networking and business consulting. Detailed brochure available.

A 10-week dynamic business management program tailored for business owners (in business 2 years or more) who want to expand their business & need the skills & training necessary to implement growth. Participants complete a comprehensive business plan for increased business profit, loan options & success. Includes extensive training manual & workbook, hands-on exercises, business experts as instructors, networking & business consulting. Detailed brochure available.
