Description of Class: this class will present ideas that will provide organization, visual order, standardization & cleanliness in the work environment. “5S” is a basic, systematic approach for improvements in productivity, quality & safety in the workplace. This is typically the first lean method which organizations implement.

· Middle managers and supervisors

· Create a workplace that is clearly organized, free of clutter and arranged so you can find things
