Licensing and Permitting

StartUp Business Incentive Program
The Town of Paradise offers grants for selected start-up businesses locating in the Redevelopment Project Area. The preferred business will be a retail business that has the ability to generate sales tax or other benefits to the project area. Contact 872-5915 for application/eligibility information.
Business Expansion Program
Current businesses in the Redevelopment Project Area can apply for an expansion grant. Eligible businesses will be selected on their ability to increase sales tax, jobs, or other benefits needed by the project area. The grant can be spent on relocation for business expansion, property acquisition, building demolition, some infrastructure improvements and ADA compliance. For more information, call 872-5915.
Relocation Grant
The Town of Paradise has a grant fund for businesses wishing to relocate to the Redevelopment Project Area. Eligible businesses are outside the Town, or project area, and can contribute to the benefit of the project area in terms of sales tas, jobs, etc. For more information, call 872-5915.
Commercial Façade Program
Current businesses in the Redevelopment Project Area may apply for the either a Minor or Major Commercial Façade Program for exterior improvements. Call 872-5915 for more information.
Free Business Workshops
